A local Detroit rapper B-Rabbit aspires to make it in the big time rapping scene. He dreams of being a rap star to escape the life he is living where he got his girl friend pregnant, works a dead end job and has an alcoholic mother. But before he could reach his dream he has to knock off the competing rap crew in a "rap battle".

Adrea (Anne Hathaway), a fresh out of collage girl whose only dream is to become a journalist applies and enters the cut-throat world of fashion but not as an editor or a writer but as an assistant to the boss from hell who treats her like a slave or lower being. The fashion industry makes her change the way she is, she becomes more fashion trendy to fit in and earn the respect she wants. But the so called respect she wanted bites her from behind as this affects her personal relationships with her boyfriend, friends and family.

Idle Hands

Seventeen year old super slacker Anton wakes up one morning to find his parents dead and made into Halloween decors. Confused, he then consoles his two other clueless friends Mick and Pnub only to realize that Anton's right hand was doing all the killing like it had a mind of its own. His hand is also after his hot neighbor, Molly (Jessica Alba), whom he has a love interest in.
